POROZUMIENIE z dnia 5 grudnia 2006 r. między Rządem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rządem Republiki Estońskiej o uzupełnieniu artykułu 2 Umowy między Rządem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rządem Republiki Estońskiej o współpracy w zakresie zwalczania przestępczości zorganizowanej oraz innej przestępczości, podpisanej w Warszawie dnia 26 czerwca 2003 r. Republiki Estońskiej w Warszawie i w imieniu Rządu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej ma zaszczyt zaproponować, aby w artykule 2 Umowy między Rządem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rządem Republiki Estońskiej o współpracy w zakresie zwalczania przestępczości zorganizowanej oraz innej przestępczości, podpisanej w Warszawie dnia 26 czerwca 2003 r.: — w ustępie 1 w wykazie właściwych organów po stronie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej uprawnionych do bezpośrednich kontaktów i dokonywania dodatkowych uzgodnień w celu wykonywania postanowień wymienionej umowy: dodać nowy punkt „7) Generalny Inspektor Informacji Finansowej”, przy czym po obecnym punkcie 6 średnik zostałby zastąpiony przecinkiem; — po ustępie 1: dodać nowy ustęp 2 o następującej treści: „Umawiające się Strony powiadomią się wzajemnie drogą dyplomatyczną o zmianach właściwości lub nazw organów, o których mowa w ustępie 1.”, przy czym dotychczasowe ustępy 2 i 3 otrzymałyby odpowiednio oznaczenie 3 i 4.

the Republic of Estonia in Warsaw and has the honour to propose on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Poland in the article 2 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Estonia on Cooperation in Combating Organized Crime and Other Crime, signed in Warsaw on 26th of June 2003: — in paragraph 1 including the competent authorities in the Republic of Poland which shall have the right to establish direct contacts and to conclude additional arrangements for the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement: to add a new point ”7) General Inspector of the Financial Information”, and after the present point 6 a semicolon shall be replaced by a comma; — after paragraph 1: to add a new paragraph 2 of the purview as follows: ”The Contracting Parties shall notify each other by diplomatic channel of changes of competence or names of the authorities referred to in paragraph 1.”, at the same time hitherto existing paragraphs 2 and 3 will be designated as 3 and

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland proposes that in case of consent of the Government of the Republic of Estonia given to the above, the present note and the answer to this note shall proclaim the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Estonia on supplementation of the article 2 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Estonia on Co-operation in Combating Organized Crime and Other Crime, drawn up in Warsaw on 26th of June 2003, which shall come into force in the day of receipt the note being an answer to the above. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the Republic of Estonia the assurances of its high consideration. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia has the honour to confirm the consent with the abovementioned amendments of the Government of the Republic of Estonia and confirms that this Note and the Note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland shall constitute an agreement between the two Governments, which enters into force on the date of receipt of this Note. Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej proponuje, aby w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na powyższe przez Rząd Republiki Estońskiej niniejsza nota i odpowiedź na nią stanowiły Porozumienie między Rządem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rządem Republiki Estońskiej o uzupełnieniu artykułu 2 Umowy między Rządem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rządem Republiki Estońskiej o współpracy w zakresie zwalczania przestępczości zorganizowanej oraz innej przestępczości, podpisanej w Warszawie dnia 26 czerwca 2003 r., które wejdzie w życie w dniu otrzymania noty stanowiącej odpowiedź.”.

Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych Republiki Estońskiej ma zaszczyt potwierdzić zgodę Rządu Republiki Estońskiej na powyższe zmiany i potwierdza, że niniejsza nota i nota Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej stanowić będą Porozumienie między oboma Rządami, które wejdzie w życie z dniem otrzymania niniejszej noty.
